Are you an experienced National Account Manager looking to take ownership of one of the UK's largest retail accounts? Our client is a leading protein processor supplying major retailers across the UK. Due to continued growth and ambitious commercial plans, they are looking to appoint a National Account Manager / Commercial Manager to manage and develop their Tesco relationship. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected food manufacturer where you'll play a key role in driving commercial performance, category growth and long-term customer partnerships.

The Role

  • Manage and develop the Tesco account
  • Lead customer negotiations and annual joint business planning
  • Deliver sales growth, profitability and strategic objectives
  • Work closely with Operations, Technical, NPD and Supply Chain teams
  • Analyse market trends, customer performance and competitor activity
  • Identify new opportunities for product and category growth
  • Build strong relationships across multiple customer stakeholders

About You

  • Proven National Account Management experience within food manufacturing
  • Experience managing major retail accounts, ideally Tesco
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
