As a Senior Negotiator, you will play an important role in delivering excellent results for vendors and buyers, while also providing support to the Sales Manager. Negotiating property sales and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients Supporting the sales progression process from offer through to completion Visiting properties, vendors and clients as required Building and maintaining strong relationships with buyers and vendors Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales process Supporting the Sales Manager with day-to-day responsibilities Our client offers a supportive and rewarding environment, with a strong focus on employee development and career progression. A minimum of 3 years’ estate agency experience Strong negotiation and sales skills A genuine passion for estate agency and delivering excellent customer service A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle This position would suit an experienced Sales Negotiator or Senior Negotiator who is ready to progress their career, increase their earning potential and take on greater responsibility.
