As they expand, they are looking for a skilled Waterproofing & Damp Proofing Specialist to join their team and help maintain their reputation for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
The Role
They are seeking an experienced damp proofing and waterproofing technician to carry out remedial works on various properties across Middlesex, London, and surrounding areas. The role involves diagnosing damp-related issues, installing damp proofing and waterproofing systems, and ensuring all work meets industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install damp proof membranes, DPC injections, and waterproofing systems
- Carry out basement tanking, cavity drainage installations, and sump pump systems
- Render and plaster surfaces post-treatment to a high standard
- Work efficiently on residential and commercial projects
- Liaise with surveyors, project managers, and customers
- Maintain a clean and safe worksite in compliance with health & safety regulations
Requirements:
- Experience in damp proofing, waterproofing, and remedial treatments
- Skilled in plastering and rendering
- Knowledge of different damp proofing and waterproofing techniques
- Ability to diagnose and rectify damp-related issues
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- CSSW Qualification
- Valid UK driving licence (preferred)
