Our client is a well-established and growing property business with a portfolio of purpose-built student accommodation across Bristol. Due to continued success and strong demand, they are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and driven Lettings Negotiator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
You will play a key role in ensuring high occupancy levels across several student accommodation developments, guiding prospective tenants through the entire lettings process.
The Role
- Managing enquiries from prospective student tenants and their guarantors.
- Conducting property and room viewings, both in person and virtually.
- Converting enquiries into successful lets and maximising occupancy rates.
- Building relationships with universities, student groups and local contacts.
- Managing tenancy applications and supporting the onboarding process.
- Maintaining accurate records on the company CRM system.
- Assisting with marketing campaigns, open days and student events.
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the tenant journey.
