We are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly respected property firm to recruit a Central Lettings Assistant to join their growing lettings team. This is a varied and exciting opportunity supporting a busy, multi-branch lettings operation. The role would suit someone already working within lettings who is looking to broaden their experience in a more central, support-focused position.
The Role
- Work closely with the Head of Lettings to support business objectives and processes
- Assist with the day-to-day lettings of residential property
- Provide support across multiple offices, both remotely and in person
- Contribute to staff training and development
- Work alongside marketing to support department growth
- Carry out a variety of administrative duties
About You
- 2–3 years’ residential lettings experience preferred
- Strong understanding of the full lettings process
- Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Strong IT skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Passion for delivering high standards of service
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
