Job Summary Ever fancied working on properties with some of the best views in the UK? Due to continuing business development our client are expanding their Telecoms team which is responsible for managing land and buildings across the UK on which Telecoms apparatus is installed. One minute you might be talking to a farmer on the South Downs or a campsite owner in the Cotswolds; the next you might be (safely) atop an iconic building in London or a development site in Manchester. Our client is a leading firm of Estate Agents, Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Town Planners. Their experts provide a diverse range of professional property-related services throughout the South East. They are a progressive and expansive independent business based on traditional values. Salary and package Permanent position. Full time (9am-5.30pm) but part time will also be considered 20 days holiday (increasing up to 25 days) plus bank holidays. £32 – £40k per annum dependent on experience (pro-rata’d for part time post) Discretionary bonus.
