We are looking for a driven, ambitious and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join our client's dynamic team in Newton Abbot. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years’ estate agency experience who is ready to take the next step in their career and play a key role in a successful, growing office.
We are seeking someone who is:
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to achieve results
- Confident in carrying out valuations and winning instructions
- Experienced in property sales, negotiation and client management
- Professional, well-presented and an excellent communicator
- Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Competitive OTE of approx. £40,000 per year, made up of:
- £25,000 basic salary
- £10,000 sales commission (approx.)
- £5,000 extra commissions
Annual bonus for meeting company targets. Quarterly bonus structure.
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm. Every other Saturday: 9:00am – 3:00pm (lieu time given).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct valuations and win new business
- Manage property listings from instruction to completion
- Negotiate offers and provide excellent client service
