Our client are a well established Estate Agency in Southend on Sea and they are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their busy team. Some responsibilities, but not limited: ·Managing portfolio of managed properties·Overseeing two other members of staff·Organising selective licensing and EPCs·Ensuring gas safety checks are up to date·Arranging inventories, check in and check outs·Carrying out property inspections·Advising utility companies of meter readings·Co-ordinating of estimates and arranging of repairs with contractors·Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts·Negotiating the return of deposits between landlords and tenants·Drafting final statement of repairs for accounts process·Daily correspondence·Preparation of Tenancy Agreements Experience and qualifications to apply: Previous experience of being a Property Manager Strong attention to detail High communication skills both verbally and written A keen problem solver Strong administration and excellent IT skills Ability to prioritise work effectively Be able to think on your feet and be reactive to situations as they arise in a calm and professional manner Ability to build long-term relationships with landlords Positive and encouraging attitude Full driving licence and own car My client is prepared to offer an impressive salary of £35,00…
