Job Specification – Property Manager / Lettings Administrator Location: Uxbridge, MiddlesexEmployment: Full-time, Permanent About the Role On behalf of our clients, We are looking for an organised, proactive and experienced Property Manager / Lettings Administrator to join our team in Uxbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day management and administration of a residential property portfolio, with particular responsibility for Assured Shorthold Tenancies (ASTs), student lets and HMO properties. This is a varied role involving landlords, tenants, students, contractors and the wider lettings team. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Tenancy AST Administration Prepare, issue and manage ASTs and associated tenancy documentation. Process new lets, renewals, extensions and changes to tenancies. Carry out tenant referencing and right-to-rent checks. Ensure tenancy paperwork is accurate, complete and issued within required timescales.
