About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day management of a residential lettings portfolio in the Staines area. This is a busy, varied role requiring strong organisation, excellent communication skills, and a solutions-focused mindset. You will act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are compliant, well-maintained, and professionally managed at all times. There will also be opportunities to promote and upsell additional services, adding value to both clients and the business.
Key Responsibilities
