We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced, enthusiastic, and confident Property Manager to join their growing team in Newcastle upon Tyne. Following a highly successful lettings season, the business is expanding its Property Management department and is looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
As a Property Manager, you will work alongside an established team to support the effective management and successful letting of a diverse property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Managing property enquiries and conducting viewings with prospective tenants
- Negotiating tenancy agreements and securing successful lets
- Preparing and managing AST documentation
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and repair works
- Carrying out routine property inspections
- Providing ongoing tenant support throughout tenancies
- Working closely with the marketing team to maximise property exposure and occupancy levels
- Previous experience in property management or lettings
