An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the South West’s largest independent letting and property management agencies. Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join their busy Plymouth branch, managing a large and varied portfolio of residential properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company offering excellent earning potential, career progression and full support towards professional qualifications.
The Role
- General administration and customer service duties
- Organising pre-check-out, interim, and check-out inspections
- Managing maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
- Handling deposit releases and disputes through the DPS
- Ensuring all gas safety certificates are in date and renewed as required
- Ensuring full branch compliance with all relevant legislation
- Managing rent increases, and serving correct notices
- Dealing with rent arrears
- Acting as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants
- Carrying out any other duties required to support the branch
