Block Estate Manager required for established and reputable property agent in the central Plymouth area with a salary in the region of £30,000 for an experienced candidate plus Monday to Friday working and car allowance of £2400. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established property firm in the Plymouth area working in the very busy Block Management department of their business. It would suit a candidate already working in the industry currently in block management or property management and seeking a new challenge.
Duties will include:
- Managing and maintaining high profile properties and blocks across the Plymouth area
- General enquiries and providing excellent customer service with an onus on client satisfaction and retention
- Administering terms of lease and ensuring all legislation and covenants are adhered to
- Pitching for new business
The ideal candidate will have strong property management skills, be an excellent people person and able to deal with sometimes difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. You will be organised and well presented with a calm, friendly and professional manner. Ideally, you will also have a good knowledge of health and safety and maintenance, be IT literate and be a good team player as well as the ability to manage your own workload. You will also have your own car. This is a busy role and a rewarding one, with great clients.
