We are a well-established Lettings & Property Management company looking for a Full Time Lettings Manager to join our friendly team in Pinner. This role would suit a candidate with at least 2 years experience as a Senior Negotiator or Lettings Manager. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a proven track record including excellent customer service levels and new business. They would ideally show a passion for the lettings industry and enjoy problem solving and a variety of tasks. Aside from a good work ethic and positive attitude, we are looking for someone who is polite and well presented, flexible, well organised, and able to think on their feet; someone who will go above and beyond, can lead a team and has great customer service.
Reporting to the Office Manager and Director, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the marketing and letting of residential properties
- Conducting Market Appraisals and advising landlords on rental pricing with good knowledge of the current market
- Driving business development and landlord acquisitions
- Managing and overseeing enquiries, viewings, and applicant follow-ups
- Overseeing the vetting of prospective tenants (incl references, Right to Rent, affordability checks)
- Overseeing the preparation and issuing of tenancy agreements and relevant tenancy documentation
