With over 170 branches nationwide, my client is one of the largest independent agencies. The last 20 years has given them invaluable experience during what has been the most radical and dynamic period in estate agency. They are currently looking for an experienced, dynamic, ambitious, articulate and performance-driven Lettings Professional for their very busy estate agency based in the exciting Camberwell Market.

This established high street brand is in need of a Senior Lettings Negotiator that can take a let from start to finish. Therefore, they will need to have good knowledge of the legal process, referencing and all other stages of letting a property.

The successful candidate must have/be:

  • Previous experience in lettings (1 year+ experience ideally)
  • An individual with consistency/continuity who is looking to establish themselves in a company that will nurture their talents
  • Confident rapport builder
  • Organised and proactive
  • Professional
  • Well presented
  • Dynamic and motivated
  • Good administration and communication skills
  • Car driver with clean licence (car allowance provided)

Package:

  • £25-27,000 basic salary (dependant on experience)
  • £200 a month car allowance
  • 10% commission on lets
  • Realistic OTE £50-55,000

Hours: Monday to Friday
