Do you have Property Management experience? Would you like a Monday - Friday role? You DO NOT need to drive for this role. With over 170 branches nationwide, my client is one of the largest independent agencies and has gained invaluable experience during what has been the most radical and dynamic period in estate agency.

This established high street brand is looking to add an experienced Property Manager to their busy Catford office and team. The successful candidate must be comfortable working under pressure in a busy Lettings environment. This is a fast-paced and varied role which would suit a dynamic, motivated individual.

Previous experience in a Lettings or Property Management environment of any kind is required. A car/driving licence is NOT necessary.

Property Manager’s responsibilities:

  • Dealing with maintenance and repair requests
  • Ordering and monitoring repair work
  • Dealing with and paying contractors
  • Ensuring all certification is up to date – gas, electricity, EPCs, etc.
  • Scheduling, ordering and processing mid-term inspections
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date
