We are seeking a Building Surveyor/Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team in Lincolnshire.
To be considered for the role, the candidate should have industry experience with 12 months of APC Building Surveying Pathway completed or MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
The candidate shall have the following minimum experience:
- Undertaking schedules of condition
- Contract Administration (including acting as assistant Contractor Administrator)
- Running projects up to a value of Β£500k
- Proficient in Autocad
- Undertaking site inspections
- Preparing and submitting planning and building regulation applications
- Drafting professional reports
- Drafting Party Wall notices and drafting and agreeing Awards
