We are seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator/property manager to join a busy and successful lettings team in the Finchley area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a thriving branch, managing a portfolio of properties while contributing to the continued growth of the business. Key responsibilities include: Marketing available properties effectively across relevant platforms Arranging and conducting property viewings Managing applicant enquiries and obtaining feedback Referencing prospective tenants Coordinating tenancy agreements and move-ins Managing an existing property portfolio Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords Identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio About You Minimum of 2 years’ lettings experience (essential) Strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and processes Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure Confident working both independently and as part of a team Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach Full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
