Building Surveyor Hybrid – Leicestershire Salary – £45k – £60k DOE Hours – 9am – 5:30pm On behalf of our clients we are seeking a Building Surveyor/ Chartered Building surveyor to join the team in Leicestershire To be considered for the role the candidate should have Industry experience with 12 months of APC Building Surveying Pathway completed or MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor The candidate shall have the following minimum experience: Undertaking schedules of condition Contract Administration (including acting as assistant Contractor Administrator) Running projects up to a value of £500k Proficient in Autocad Undertaking site inspections Preparing and submitting planning and building regulation applications Drafting professional reports Drafting Party Wall notices and drafting and agreeing Awards We like to speak to every application, but due to the current climate this is not always possible.
