New homes sales consultant.
Location: Leatherhead
Opening Hours: Monday to Saturday, 08.30 – 17.30
Work Pattern: 2-week rota: Week 1: 4 days Mon + Saturday working supporting development launches, open days and show homes. Week 2: Monday to Friday

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you’ll help buyers find their perfect home while building relationships with developers, purchasers, and colleagues across the Group..
You’ll:
Contact prospective purchasers from our extensive buyer database
Book and conduct viewings on exciting new homes developments
Manage enquiries via phone, email and online channels
Guide customers through their buying journey
Work closely with mortgage advisors and estate agency colleagues
Visit developments to become an expert on each site and its properties
Support development launches, open days and marketing events
This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.
