• Engage with buyers and sellers to negotiate successful sales
• Conduct viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Build strong client relationships based on trust and results

• Previous experience in property sales is not essential for this role

The salary package will be made up of commission, car allowance and a basic salary. Monthly bonuses will also be in place. On target earnings of £40,000 - £50,000 are a realistic aim.

The hours of work are 8:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday, you will also work 9am - 5pm alternate Saturdays. If you are working Saturday, you will have a work from home half day during the week.

Own car essential.
