Job Description Join a Successful and Established Lettings Team An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join a respected and growing independent estate agency in Hertfordshire. This role offers the chance to manage a portfolio of residential properties while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle. As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, providing a proactive and professional service to both landlords and tenants while ensuring properties remain compliant and well maintained. Managing residential properties from tenancy commencement through to the end of the tenancy Coordinating repairs and maintenance works with contractors and suppliers Arranging and conducting property inspections Monitoring and maintaining compliance requirements, including Gas Safety Certificates, EICRs and EPCs Keeping landlords informed of property-related matters and maintenance recommendations Handling tenant enquiries, complaints and tenancy issues professionally and efficiently Processing property-related administration and maintaining accurate records Managing contractor performance and ensuring works are completed to a high standard Previous experience in residential property management or residential lettings (ideally at least two years) Strong understanding of the UK lettings process Good IT skills and experience with property management systems Experience using property management CRM Knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements Experience handling tenancy disputes, complaints and rent arrears If you're an experienced Property Manager looking to join a well-established and forward-thinking agency where your expertise will be valued, we'd love to hear from you.
