I’m working with a well-regarded independent estate agency with exciting growth plans. Following recent success, they’re now looking to recruit a Senior Sales Negotiator for their Kidderminster office.

Key responsibilities:
- Conducting property viewings with confidence and professionalism
- Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
- Assisting with generating new instructions and valuations
- Maintaining accurate records and delivering excellent customer service
Ideal candidate:
- Estate agency experience (ideally 12+ months)
- Confident, articulate, and personable
- Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven
- Strong local knowledge of the Kidderminster/Wyre Forest area
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
