Our client has a vacancy for a sales negotiator to join their friendly team. The successful candidate will ideally need to be currently working within the estate agency industry and be looking for a position where they can grow further within the company.
You will be a people person, confident, self-motivated and driven, as well as well-presented, articulate and able to communicate at all levels. Solid IT, telephone and written skills are also required to perform the role to a high level, whilst providing exceptional and memorable service to all that you support.
Key elements of the role include:
- Arranging and conducting viewings.
- Obtaining and passing back viewing feedback.
- Vendor & Applicant support and guidance.
- Assisting with negotiations.
- Business generation.
- Assisting with marketing.
- Assisting & supporting team members.
Our client is looking for a person who is able to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays on rota. Dependant on experience, a basic salary in the region of £24,000 - £26,000 is available and uncapped personal commission giving an OTE £32k+.
