Our client is a high quality firm of property agents with an excellent reputation within the industry. They are currently seeking an experienced property sales negotiator to fill a full time role within their busy Worcester Park office. The ideal candidate will be a well presented individual with excellent people skills, friendly nature and be a real team player. This is a really important role within the office as you will be client facing and a key member of staff.
The sales negotiator will also be responsible for their own administration so you must be proficient with Microsoft Office and be able to pick up working within their software easily although they understand you may not have used it before so training will be given.
Skills required for the role:
- Some sales experience (doesn't have to be in estate agency).
- Excellent customer service and negotiating skills.
- Word/Excel literate.
- In house systems to be trained on arrival.
- Scanning/digital photography.
- Car driver and own car.
You will be spending time out of the office carrying out viewings on residential sales properties so you would need your own car. This is an exciting and varied role dealing with properties in all levels of the market. Basic salary and good commission package for the right candidate. Five days per week working 3 in 4 Saturdays.
