A driven and ambitious candidate is required for a sales negotiator vacancy in an established, market leading, Plymouth Estate Agency with a realistic on target earnings up to £30,000, basic salary and generous car allowance. A super opportunity has arisen to join a very well established and busy firm of Estate Agents in the Plymouth area as a sales negotiator. Providing a personal service, with great attention to detail and a wealth of industry knowledge, the company are highly respected within the area and are looking for a professional and driven individual to be part of their team. Some property experience as a sales negotiator is required for this role or a strong sales background. They may also consider a trainee, but salary will vary depending on experience. You will be very target focused and able to deal in all ends of the market with the ability to sell and continue to drive business forward with your team. Duties include: Being first point of contact for purchasers and seller, registering them Arranging and attending viewings Arranging valuations Providing feedback to vendors Phoning out new properties Package in region of £21,000 basic plus £3600 car allowance for experienced candidates, with realistic OTE in region of £30,000 to include individual commission.
