An opportunity has arisen to join a knowledgeable and local property Lettings team in Oakham. Our client is an independent market town property specialist that has knowledgeable and friendly teams which are the backbone of their culture. You will be working alongside other members of the property management, Lettings and Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the letting of properties, including conducting viewings, negotiating rents, and preparing tenancy agreements. Salary negotiable depending on experience.
