Role Overview: The Accounts Department is seeking a motivated individual to manage various responsibilities, including:• Processing payments (incoming rents, service charges, and outgoing invoices).• Credit control for rent and service charge arrears.• Issuing tenant invoices and preparing bank reconciliations.• Liaising with clients, leaseholders, and tenants to resolve accounting queries.
