They are seeking an experienced and driven Head Damp Surveyor / Damp Surveyor Manager to lead our surveying team, drive sales, and ensure the highest standards of reporting and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, train, and support a team of damp surveyors.
  • Carry out detailed damp, timber, and mould surveys using a range of tools, including thermal imaging.
  • Produce clear, professional, and accurate reports with recommendations for remedial works.
  • Oversee quality standards across all surveys and ensure compliance with company processes.
