About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and personable Trainee or Experienced Sales Negotiator to join our clients busy and growing team in the Exeter area. This is a well respected independent agent who have great market share in their area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with some customer service, sales or property experience who is looking to develop their career within estate agency. Training will be provided, so this role would suit a driven individual keen to learn and progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking and arranging property viewings
- Registering new applicants and understanding their requirements
- Arranging property valuations
- Conducting viewings and providing detailed feedback
- Managing sales progression from offer agreed through to completion
- Proactively progressing sales and maintaining regular communication with buyers, sellers, and solicitors
- Delivering a high level of customer service at all times
About You
- Previous experience in property, customer service or sales
- Confident, professional, and personable manner
- Strong organisational skills
