Our client, a large independent estate agency, are looking for a Regional Lettings Manager who will be responsible for managing and growing the Lettings Business starting with the Exeter and surrounding offices. Our client is offering a competitive starting salary of around £40-45,000 OTE with huge scope for career development within the company.
Your role will be to lead the strategic growth and performance of the residential lettings division. Tasked with building a brand-new team of Lettings Negotiators, you will be responsible for developing market share, implementing growth strategies, ensuring compliance, and driving income across the region. This is a leadership role requiring a strong track record in lettings, business generation, and team management.
Key Responsibilities- Formulate and implement a regional lettings business plan aligned with company objectives with the Managing Director.
- Drive new landlord instructions and increase managed portfolio size.
