With a diverse portfolio of residential properties in the St Austell and surrounding areas, they are seeking a highly organized and motivated Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the property portfolio and are offering a basic salary up to £30,000.

Key Responsibilities- Report necessary repairs and maintenance to landlords, obtain authorisation for required work, and provide detailed quotes when necessary.
- Organise and coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Keep both tenants and landlords fully updated on the status of maintenance and repair jobs, providing regular progress reports.
