Due to company growth, this long-running, well-known construction company is currently seeking an Administrator to join their close-knit team. The role will be diverse and therefore will require someone with excellent multi-tasking and organisational skills.
The role will involve, although will not be limited to:
- General administration duties; call handling, filing, drafting of quotations, data entry, stock management, customer enquiries.
- Assisting the Directors, Contracts Managers and Quantity Surveyor with day-to-day tasks; including sourcing materials, sending orders, meeting arrangements, formal correspondence, completing tender submissions etc.
- Communicating with Site Managers & Operatives for delivery arrangements, organising plans & specifications for site etc.
- Monitoring and arranging employee training.
This role will require excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook are essential. Some experience and some knowledge of the construction is desirable however, not essential.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at our office, with an immediate start available. Due to the location of the office, it is preferable that applicants have a full driving license and their own transport, but secure parking is provided.
The ideal candidate can expect an attractive package, working as part of a dynamic team in a business concentrated on growth.
