Commercial & Residential Valuer – Future Director OpportunityAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Chartered Surveyor to join a well-established firm in the Stoke-on-Trent area. This role offers a rare path to department leadership and company Directorship in the near future.Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out valuations of both residential and commercial properties for a range of purposes, including secured lending
• (Optional) Undertake Level 2 Home Buyer Surveys – full training can be provided
• Support and develop client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
• Work towards heading up the valuation department by late 2026, following the planned retirement of the current Director

Requirements:

• RICS Chartered Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS)
• Proven experience in residential and commercial valuations
• Strong interpersonal and client-facing skills
• Full driving licence and own vehicle essential
