An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and experienced Chartered Surveyor to join a well-established firm in the Stoke-on-Trent area. This role offers a rare path to department leadership and company Directorship in the near future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out valuations of both residential and commercial properties for a range of purposes, including secured lending.
- (Optional) Undertake Level 2 Home Buyer Surveys - full training can be provided.
- Support and develop client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Work towards heading up the valuation department by late 2026, following the planned retirement of the current Director.
