Sales & Lettings Negotiator in Camborne, Cornwall

Job Description

Our client, a successful and established independent estate agency, is looking to recruit a motivated Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their team in Camborne.

This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual looking to develop their career within the property sector. Previous property experience is preferred, although candidates with strong sales and customer service backgrounds will also be considered.

Duties Include:

• Handling sales and lettings enquiries
• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings
• Negotiating offers and tenancies
• Providing a high standard of customer service
• Generating new business opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records and compliance procedures

Requirements:

• Previous estate agency, lettings or property experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Professional and confident manner
• Target-driven and motivated to succeed
• Excellent organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred

On Target Earnings: £25,000 - £29,000 (made up of basic salary plus commission).

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

1 in 5 Saturdays, with time off in lieu
