Salary - £45k - £60k DOE
Hours - 9am - 5:30pm
On behalf of our clients we are seeking a Building Surveyor/ Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team in Derbyshire.
Qualifications
- Industry experience with 12 months of APC Building Surveying Pathway completed or MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
Responsibilities
- Undertaking schedules of condition
- Contract Administration (including acting as assistant Contractor Administrator)
- Running projects up to a value of £500k
- Proficient in Autocad
- Undertaking site inspections
- Preparing and submitting planning and building regulation applications
- Drafting professional reports
- Drafting Party Wall notices and drafting and agreeing Awards
