Building Surveyor Hybrid - Derbyshire

Salary - £45k - £60k DOE

Hours - 9am - 5:30pm

On behalf of our clients we are seeking a Building Surveyor/ Chartered Building Surveyor to join the team in Derbyshire.

Qualifications

  • Industry experience with 12 months of APC Building Surveying Pathway completed or MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.

Responsibilities

  • Undertaking schedules of condition
  • Contract Administration (including acting as assistant Contractor Administrator)
  • Running projects up to a value of £500k
  • Proficient in Autocad
  • Undertaking site inspections
  • Preparing and submitting planning and building regulation applications
  • Drafting professional reports
  • Drafting Party Wall notices and drafting and agreeing Awards
