We are seeking to fill a Block Manager role in your area.

Salary: £28,000–£32,000 | Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client is looking for an experienced Block Manager to manage a residential block portfolio and ensure developments are safe, compliant and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage service charges and ground rent
  • Prepare and monitor service charge budgets
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs and communal works
  • Conduct site inspections and manage contractors
  • Manage insurance renewals and claims
  • Ensure health safety and fire compliance
  • Issue and manage Section 20 notices

About You:

  • 2+ years’ block management experience (or strong transferable skills)
  • Strong organisation, communication and financial skills
  • Good understanding of property maintenance and compliance
  • Driving licence required
  • IRPM/ARMA membership desirable but not essential
