We are seeking to fill a Block Manager role in your area.
Salary: £28,000–£32,000 | Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Our client is looking for an experienced Block Manager to manage a residential block portfolio and ensure developments are safe, compliant and well maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage service charges and ground rent
- Prepare and monitor service charge budgets
- Oversee maintenance, repairs and communal works
- Conduct site inspections and manage contractors
- Manage insurance renewals and claims
- Ensure health safety and fire compliance
- Issue and manage Section 20 notices
About You:
- 2+ years’ block management experience (or strong transferable skills)
- Strong organisation, communication and financial skills
- Good understanding of property maintenance and compliance
- Driving licence required
- IRPM/ARMA membership desirable but not essential
