Our client are seeking an ambitious individual to join their Rural and Agricultural Department as a Trainee Surveyor. The ideal candidate will have some professional experience and be actively working towards their Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). This role involves providing professional advice and services to clients in the rural and agricultural property sector, focusing on valuation, land sales, utilities, grant schemes and land use matters. This will provide you a wide range of ‘on the ground’ training and experiences to assist you in passing your APC. The company are a multi-disciplinary Property Consultancy Firm with multiple offices in Surrey area, providing you with the opportunity of working alongside their existing team of Surveyors. Key Responsibilities ·Assist in conducting valuations of rural and agricultural properties, including farms, estates and land for various purposes such as a sale, purchase, taxation, secured lending and Expert Reports for Court proceedings. ·Provide support in the sale and marketing of agricultural land, farms and estates. ·Provide professional advice to clients on matters related to rural property, including tenancy agreements, succession planning, and diversification opportunities. ·Assist in the management of rural properties, including rent reviews and the negotiation of new leases and licenses. ·Advise on rural pl…
