Our client is a market-leading independent estate agency in Isleworth, looking for an energetic and confident Sales Negotiator to join their successful team. What You'll Do:
- Engage with buyers and sellers to negotiate successful sales

What We’re Looking For:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A proactive attitude and genuine pride in your work
- Previous experience in property sales is not essential for this role
The salary package will be made up of commission, car allowance and a basic salary. Monthly bonuses will also be in place. On target earnings of £40,000 - £50,000 are a realistic aim. The hours of work are 8:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday, you will also work 9am - 5pm alternate Saturdays. If you are working Saturday, you will have a work from home half day during the week. Own car essential.
