Are you an organised, customer-focused administrator looking to develop your career within the property industry? Our client is a successful and rapidly growing independent lettings agency based in Warrington. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving independent business where you will play an important role in supporting the lettings process from application through to move-in, while providing a first-class service to landlords, tenants and applicants.

The Role

Working within a busy and collaborative office environment, you will provide key administrative support to the lettings team, ensuring tenancies progress smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for keeping processes organised, communicating with tenants and applicants, maintaining accurate records and supporting the wider team with the day-to-day running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing tenancy applications and progressing them through to completion
  • Booking and coordinating property viewings
  • Handling tenant and applicant enquiries by telephone, email and in person
  • Managing utility and council tax notifications
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Providing administrative support to the wider lettings team
  • Assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of the office
  • Liaising professionally with landlords, tenants and applicants
  • Ensuring a consistently high level of customer service throughout the lettings process

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and customer-focused, with the ability to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment. Previous experience within lettings, estate agency or property administration would be advantageous. However, candidates with strong administrative experience, excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in property will also be considered. You will ideally have:
