This position carries the expectation and the opportunity to generate £275,000+ in personal exchanges each year, making it ideal for a motivated negotiator who thrives on performance and is rewarded for success.

We offer a competitive package including a basic salary, uncapped commission, monthly performance bonuses, a car allowance, and a six-month earnings guarantee to help you get started. Realistic on-target earnings are £47,500 - £55,000
Working hours are 9am–6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays (9:00am–5:00pm). In return for working Saturdays, you'll receive a half-day working from home during the week.
