Sales & Lettings Negotiator - Bournemouth
Full-time - £22-25,000 Basic Salary – Realistic £35- £42,000 On Target Earnings (depending on experience) with an initial guarantee around £28,000 for the first three months
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an award-winning and dynamic estate agency based in Bournemouth. With continued growth, our client is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their successful team. This role is perfect for someone looking to progress their estate agency career or break into the industry for the first time. A structured career path is in place, offering clear progression from negotiator through to management for the right individual. We are looking for a motivated individual with energy, ambition, and a strong desire to succeed. There are high earning earnings on offer for those willing to go the extra mile.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating and negotiating sales and lettings opportunities
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings
- Building relationships with vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants
- Supporting the team in achieving targets and business growth
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all stages of the property journey
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience working towards and exceeding targets (not necessarily in property)
- A positive, can-do attitude with high levels of drive and motivation
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of clients
- Professional, calm, and credible manner
- Strong interpersonal and time management skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Previous experience in estate agency, lettings or sales - Preferred but not essential
