Property Manager (Full Time or Part Time)
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time hours)
Hours: Ideally 4 days per week initially, with the opportunity to progress to a full-time position as the managed portfolio continues to grow.
About the Company
Our client is a growing independent lettings and property management business based in Bournemouth, currently managing a portfolio of approximately 50 residential properties. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day management of the portfolio and play a key role in its future expansion.

The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of residential property management, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive an exceptional level of service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing landlord and tenant enquiries and resolving issues efficiently
- Conducting property viewings and securing new tenancies
- Arranging and processing tenant referencing
- Preparing tenancy agreements and associated documentation
- Handling ongoing tenancy administration
- Managing maintenance and repair issues from initial report through to resolution
- Liaising with contractors and monitoring works
- Carrying out regular property inspections
- Ensuring compliance with all current legislation and safety requirements, including gas, electrical and other statutory obligations
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Supporting the continued growth of the managed portfolio and carrying out valuations in the branch manager’s absence.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- A minimum of 2 years' all-round lettings and property management experience
- Strong knowledge of residential lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Good organisation and administration skills with strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- A proactive, solution-focused approach
- A full UK driving licence and own vehicle essential
