A well respected firm are seeing a Senior Negotiator/ Assistant Branch Manager to join their thriving team in their Weston Super Mare Branch.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and eager to push the business forward, have valuing experience, come from a Sales and Lettings back ground and be dedicated to delivering exceptional standards of service.

Duties

• Assist with the daily running of the branch
• Generate Viewings
• Attend Viewings
• Generate Market Appraisals and attend in the valuers absence
• Administration
• Vendor feedback
• Sale Negotiation
• Viewing Feedback

Duties will vary and you must be expected to lend a hand wherever is required.

The ideal candidate

• Motivated and Dedicated
• Hard-working
• Sales and Lettings Experience
• Valuation experience is desirable
• Well presented and well spoken
• Eager to learn and further their skill set
• Passionate about the Property Industry and dedicated to driving business forward
