Our client is looking for either an experienced sales negotiator or senior negotiator / valuer to join them to cover the Helston and surrounding area. They can be flexible on the role as long as the candidate has some estate agency experience. They are looking for sharp and driven individuals who would like to work for a friendly family run firm. You will have your own car and a desire to be working with the best in the Industry. You will have excellent customer service experience, be of smart appearance and be an excellent team player. Duties to include:

Carrying out viewings when required and negotiating sales

Booking and carrying out property valuations (if a valuer) within the Helston & surrounding areas

Property take ons (if a valuer)

Basic salary of £22-28,000 with realistic earnings in the £30-45,000 range based on basic plus commission.
