A highly regarded firm in Malmesbury is seeking a Sales/Lettings Negotiator to join them. The firm has an exceptional track record and a brilliant market share.

The ideal person for this role will have a minimum of 6 months customer service experience and be very willing to go the extra mile.

Duties:

  • Generating and attending viewings
  • Generating and attending market appraisals
  • Assisting with maintenance
  • Meeting and greeting customers
  • General administration
  • Negotiating offers and tenancy agreements
  • Sales progression
  • Landlord and vendor care
  • Occasional Property Management

Duties will vary and you must expect to lend a hand wherever possible throughout the business.

To be considered for this role you must also have a full UK driving license.
