Our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to oversee and manage their Lettings portfolio in the Northeast region, based in their Wakefield office. This exciting role involves handling a diverse portfolio of predominantly high-end HMO and residential properties. Role Overview: The successful candidate will have a background in the lettings industry and possess the drive, enthusiasm, and skills to develop business in a new area while meeting targets. Exceptional communication, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-level service are crucial.
