Our client is an industry leading, independent firm of Estate and Letting Agents with great working hours, and they are looking for an experienced Lettings & Property Management person to join their fantastic firm in central Exeter with a basic salary in the region of £30,000 and on target earnings £35,000.
- To conduct viewings of current and proposed properties including direct interaction with tenants and landlords
- Conducting property rental valuations
- General property management
- Using IT systems to ensure data is captured and used in a manner to ensure excellent recording and productivity with the office
Minimum of 3 years lettings and property management experience.
Excellent knowledge of the current lettings and property management legislation.
Monday to Friday 5.15pm finish and some Saturdays on rota.
