AMR are currently working with a well-established and ambitious estate agency in Colchester that are looking to appoint an experienced, confident and motivated Sales Lister to join their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven property professional to play a key role in winning new instructions, strengthening client relationships, and contributing directly to business growth within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The Role
- Proactively generating valuation opportunities and new instructions
- Attending market appraisals and converting valuations into listings
- Building strong relationships with prospective vendors
- Advising clients on pricing strategy and marketing approach
- Working closely with office negotiators to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitoring pipeline performance to ensure swift sales progression
- Maintaining regular communication with vendors throughout the sales process
- Working to agreed performance targets for listings, conversion rates and revenue
About You
- A proven track record of successfully listing properties for sale
- Strong valuation and negotiation skills
- Experience working in residential sales (local knowledge preferred)
- A demonstrable ability to win business in competitive situations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and self-motivated approach
- High professional standards and strong organisational skills
- A full UK driving licence
