Job Description

Are you passionate about property? Do you have a minimum of 12 months experience in Lettings?

Our client are a market leading agent in the Bristol area, they are an established Estate Agency and now seek an outstanding Lettings professional to join their expanding Lettings Department.

Responsibilities

• Deal with enquiries
• Generate and Attend Viewings
• Some Administration
• Canvassing
• Liaise with both Landlords and Tenants
• Generate Market Appraisals

Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience in a Lettings
• A professional telephone manner
• Excellent time management skills
• The capability of working in a fast-paced environment
• Fantastic people skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service
